Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means we have recorded your order in our system and have started processing it.
Track your order
You will receive your tracking code by e-mail within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If the last order time is before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Berlin), it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time: 2-4 days (Mon-Fri) Shipping costs
We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Late orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time for orders has passed and your order has not yet arrived, don’t panic. Allow up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us mentioning your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you received your package, but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us mentioning your order number.
