Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have recorded your order in our system and have started processing it.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

If the latest order time is before 12:00 (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Berlin), it will be processed on the same day:

We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

Late Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has still not arrived, do not panic. Allow up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived, contact us and mention your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Have you received your package, but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us, mentioning your order number.
